1. Mathematics Lab.
The College has well equipped and furnished Mathematics laboratories to facilitate student teachers to enhance their teaching skills through experiments, demonstrations and live presentations. The necessary equipment and materials are made accessible to the student teachers as and when required during the normal course of study and examinations. Experiments concerning with the subjects of Mathematics up to tenth standard are available for the student teachers for practice. The college aims at developing in the minds of the pupils the abilities of application, skills of experimentation, construction and improving among them scientific attitude, interest and appreciation values.
2. Psychology Lab.
The college has a psychology lab with latest psychological tests and inventories. The well equipped psychology lab, consisting of different psychological equipment, charts, Psychological Apparatus, experiments, tests etc. It helps students to understand the psychology of children, adult or any other social member. It actually helps students, teachers to give qualitative output to the society. To acquaint the prospective teachers with various tools for measurement of relevant dimensions of performance (Achievement, Intelligence, Attitude, Aptitude, Interest, Motivation, Personality, Emotional Intelligence, Occupational Stress, Socio-economic Status, School Climate, Family Climate etc.). The Psychology Laboratory at the College thus plays an important role in ensuring the development of comprehensive understanding of tasks and responsibilities for the prospective teachers/educators.
3. Geography Lab.
A well-equipped Geography Lab for conducting practical in Geographical Information System is also made available in the Grizzly College of Education. Laboratory is covering basic concept in various Sub-discipline of Geography. A adequately equipped with the latest instruments known and required to carry out modern Geography. Geography lab plays a pivotal role in enriching geographical base of a student- a necessary part of learning that exposes students to full spectrum of disciplinary subfields- physical, human and nature-society geography as well as geographical techniques. The lab is well equipped with a series of maps, topographic sheets and variety of survey equipments like tracing table, thermometers, barometer, magnetic compass, indicator and wet and dry bulb thermometers. Field trips are organized for the students to study the natural occupancy of various facts and inform about physical changes with the help of Global positioning system and Geographic information system available on Net. Geography Lab specializes in the development of qualitative and quantitative research skills in college.
4. Physical Science Lab.
Science is the knowledge which is explored through experimental verification of facts in nature. Science can only be thought by testing, experimenting, demonstrating with the proper skill development of keen observation, interpretation of the results and generalization of rules and principles and thereby concluding in the form of hypothesis and ultimately the theory and laws. To achieve this goal our college is well equipped with all necessary equipments with which all these objectives can be fulfilled smoothly and effectively in the field of Physical science. Educationists of various fields orient and motivate the trainees of this institution so that they themselves can cater the needs of their students, develop and materialize their concepts of developing amongst them in future.
This helps the student to develop a broad array of basic skills and tools of experimental physics and data analysis. It helps the students to understand the role of direct observation in physics and to distinguish between inferences based on theory and the outcomes of experiments and develop collaborative learning skills that are vital to success in many lifelong endeavours. It gives the student an appreciation of the way chemistry, as a science, works. Above all, the aims offer possibilities where the student learner can be challenged to think, to argue, to weigh evidence, to explore chemical ideas. In order to make the students active and make learning a fun as well as, meaningful purpose the practical work related to Physics and Chemistry should be made a prominent feature in their course period. In our College, the Physical Science Laboratory has a good collection of both Physics and Chemistry working static models, equipments, apparatus and chemicals related to high and higher secondary level.

5. Bio-science Lab
The study of biology provides students with opportunities to develop an understanding of our living world. Biology is the study of life and its evolution, of organisms and their structures, functions, processes, and interactions with each other and with their environments. The knowledge of biology includes scientific data, concepts, hypotheses, theories, methodology, use of instruments, and conceptual themes. The students will use the processes and materials of science to construct their own explanation of biological phenomena. They observe, collect data and interpret data of life processes, living organisms, and/or simulations of living phenomena. The distinction between laboratory and traditional classroom learning is that activities are student-centered, with students actively engaged in hands-on, minds-on activities using laboratory or field materials and techniques.
• Art and Craft Resource Centre
Art and craft work enables the student-teachers to explore alternative, effective and more interesting ways of communicating with students in a teaching-learning process. Hence, we try to provide our student-teachers with a well equipped Art and Craft Resource Centre. Herein, a student-teacher learns to organize her/his expression of content, ideas and feelings through images, language, gestures and movement. This centre is equipped with such material and apparatus which are required for the training of different kind of arts like paintings, clay modelling, paper cutting, music and many more. Besides, this centre also works on organizing workshops to train our student-teachers in developing a sense of how to use these fine arts and performing arts in academics or teaching-learning process. Through this centre the college also try to provide an opportunity to student-teachers for having creative & aesthetic experiences by exploring, investigating, experimenting, inventing, designing and making in a range of art and media.
• Health, Physical Resource Centre
Physical Education has been considered as an essential part of human life from times immemorial. Physical Exercise & ‘Yoga’ has been emphasized in India not only to keep fit but also to prevent & cure the physical ailment. To target the objective of all round development of students, various sports and other physical development activities are organized in the college. College has a fully equipped health & physical resources centre. College playground and separate courts for major games like basketball, volleyball, kho-kho and badminton. The centre also offers indoor games facilities to the students for recreational purposes. Indoor games like chess, carrom-board and table-tennis are available with the centre for the students. Participation in games and sports brings in the students spirits of healthy competition and sportsmanship values. Annual Sports Day celebration gives the students ample opportunity to explore and display their talents and skills in the field of games and sports.

This lab comprises of various equipment like LCD Projector, Over-head projector, Slide projector, Television, Tape recorder, Radio and Audio-Video aids like charts, models, maps, globes, pictures, slides and transparencies meant for effective teacher training. Public address system is available. Student teachers are given training in handling this equipment and using them in making teaching effective. Student-teachers take keen interest and take the help of ICT in preparing lesson plans, teaching aids and delivery of lesson. Student teachers make their lesson plans on word processor and also prepare power point slides to deliver their lessons during micro teaching. The student- teachers present their seminar through transparencies on OHP.
2. Language Lab
The institute has a modern Language Laboratory with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment to aid in imparting language skills. The Laboratory is effectively utilized by student teachers and faculty members for various self-enhancement and soft skill development activities. Laboratory proves beneficial for those students who are poor in use of English language. Students from rural and tribal areas who are generally weak in English can have sufficient ear training in the language lab. It aims at confidence-building among students for interactions and presentations in English. The basic purpose of the lab is to provide students a platform to enhance English language skills, communication skills and to practice soft skills. It supports English methodology students to feel more comfortable in their practice sessions. Language lab is also having all the facilities which support the student teachers to develop their style of teaching and involvement to the language and its culture.
Good communication skills are indispensable for the success in any profession and one of the important skills among the teachers. The college language laboratory has an audio and audio-visual installation which can be altered by the learners to fit their requirements. The language Laboratory facilitates individual tutoring by the staff members as well as self learning by the students. It helps students to acquire proficiency in the English language.

Purified Drinking Water
Grizzly College of Education purifies drinking water using modern filtration technology. The College operates two R.O. plants to meet the drinking water needs of students, staff, supporting staff, and visitors. The water produced is pure, tasty, hygienic, and ideal for human consumption. This R.O. water is dispensed through water coolers placed at various locations around the college. The water rejected by the treatment plants is used for gardening and washing. These plants not only ensure a supply of safe drinking water but also save the institution significant costs that would otherwise be spent on procuring water for the large campus population. The institution now generously provides its own R.O. water for both drinking and cooking purposes. During the summer, cold, fresh, and pure drinking water is provided to students and staff through water coolers, ensuring they remain hydrated and healthy even in the scorching heat.

First Aid
Grizzly College of Education has established the First Aid Committee to provide a safe and healthy life to its students, staff, and also visitors. The committee tries to assist the person by providing first aid treatment and ensuring that the college campus is safe for everybody. First Aid is the first and immediate assistance given to any person suffering from either a minor or serious illness or injury, with care provided to preserve life, and prevent the condition to promote recovery. It is generally performed by someone with basic medical training. First aid is an important tool in quickly responding to accidents to ensure that injuries can be efficiently and promptly dealt with before a trained medical professional arrives to administer more specialized treatment. First aid in college is especially helpful as children often get into accidents that can need swift care to prevent things from escalating. Canteen
The College has a small canteen in the campus. The objective of the canteen and meal service is to protect by reducing the risk of food-borne illness, with proper sanitary conditions, and preventing adulterated food. From the very beginning of the College in 2009, Grizzly College of Education has been functioning efficiently. The canteen is located inside the College. The management of the Canteen is directly under the control of the college administration. The menu plans by the assigned team of Management’s instruction. Liberalization of food trade, growing consumer demand, physical setup, and sanitary conditions are also discussed during the appraisal. Also, suggestions, complaints, and problems of the food consumers are taken into consideration. The hostellers and day scholars are provided meals to assuring food safety and quality. The waste utilization of the canteen is efficiently done through the waste recycling plant installed on the campus. A bio-gas plant is installed near the canteen. Bio-degradable waste is converted into manure through this plant and the gas produced is used for cooking. The canteen and the surroundings are always kept neat and tidy. Plastic bags of less than 10 micron are not permitted inside the campus.

Green Campus
Grizzly College of Education established 2009 and prides itself in its history of 10 years and college also NAAC accredited. Green campus is a concept to build sustainable living practices that are environmental-friendly in educational institutions around the world. Sustainable environment in college campus impacts students’ lives positively on a daily basis as well. College has its own aesthetic beauty. The college welcomes everyone who enters the portal with its shaded park surrounded by trees. Besides this, there are colourful landscape gardens creating many green spots and around the campus. Efforts are being made to develop the campus on green concepts, particularly focusing on water conservation, use of alternative sources of energy, waste management, green belt development and sustainable development of college campus.
Grizzly College of Education pledges to actively coordinate cleanliness activities in the college and beyond the campus in accordance with the vision of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. It commits to continue with this Programme. The broad vision is as follows:
• Generating mass awareness on cleanliness and hygiene amongst students and staff members by holding regular cleanliness drives. The idea is to motivate them to contribute in a proactive manner.
• Activities under ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ will be a key component of all the community work being done by NSS, and Green Society volunteers of the college.
